The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the resolution "Introduction of the amendments to the Resolution oif the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On the establishment of the nominal scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the most talented young scientists"

The resolution supposes the "creation from the year 2008 of 30 nominal scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the most talented young scientists at the age not than 35 that have successfully presented their DPhil or have prepared the materials on Dphil, that have been taken for consideration by the special academic council, in the sum of 2000 grn monthly".

Scholarships are granted each year for the term of one year.

The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №3117
